Petaling Jaya, 29 October 2024 – Sunview Group Berhad (“Sunview” or the “Group”), a prominent renewable energy (“RE”) player principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning and related activities, announced that Winstar Capital Berhad (“Winstar”), in which Vafe Systems Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunview, holds a 30% stake in Winstar Aluminium Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. has received approval for its listing on the ACE Market from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). The company is expected to be listed by the fourth quarter of 2024.
Winstar and its subsidiaries are primarily involved in the extrusion of aluminium profiles and fabrication of aluminium ladders; trading and distribution of building materials; and providing of solar photovoltaic (“PV”) system installation services and trading of solar PV system related materials and accessories.
