Petaling Jaya, 20 February 2025 – Sunview Group Berhad (“Sunview” or the “Group”), a prominent renewable energy (“RE”) player principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (“EPCC”) and related activities, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd., has secured a contract worth of approximately RM45.04 million (“EPCC Contract”).
The EPCC Contract was awarded by Quantum Sustainable Energy Sdn. Bhd. and involves the development of a solar photovoltaic (“PV”) energy generation facility with a total capacity of 10.58MWp at University Malaysia Sabah (“UMS”), located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Under the EPCC Contract, Sunview will provide management, design, and EPCC services for the solar PV facility at UMS. The project will be executed in two phases, with Phase 1 covering a capacity of 9.36MWp and Phase 2 encompassing 1.22MWp. The facility will integrate rooftop solar panels and building integrated PV within the UMS’s premises, including parking facilities.
