Petaling Jaya, 2 January 2024 – Sunview Group Berhad (“Sunview” or the “Group”), a prominent renewable energy player principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (“EPCC”) and related activities, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fabulous Sunview Sdn Bhd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Vision Ambassadors Company For International Trade Consultancy, LCC (“Vision Ambassadors”) which is based in Saudi Arabia.
The MOU signing was witnessed by Dato' Sohaimi bin Shahadan, President, ASEAN Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Under the MOU, both parties will focus on seeking development and investment opportunities in relation to renewable energy and/or green energy. The collaboration will jointly identify locations of potential projects, with both parties serving as the principal investors. Sunview will exclusively be in charge of the EPCC related tasks for the potential project.

We will not only explore for opportunities within Malaysia but also across other regions, including Saudi Arabia, Middle East, Africa as well as Southeast Asia. This endeavour aims to extend our geographical footprint beyond the Malaysian market.”
