Passionate about storytelling through video and possess strong skills in videography, editing, and content creation. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, producing, and editing engaging video content across various platforms to effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.

Job description

  • Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to develop video concepts and execute projects from inception to completion.
  • Capture video footage using professional cameras, equipment, and lighting setups, ensuring high production quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), incorporating visual effects, transitions, graphics, and sound effects as needed.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and convey key messages effectively.
  • Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility, quality, and optimal performance across different devices and channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production and digital media to recommend innovative ideas and techniques.
  • Manage video projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to support video production and post-production activities.
  • Analyze video performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and retention, to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future video content strategies.
  • Maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, b-roll, graphics, and animations, for future use and reference.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in campaign marketing, event planning, or related roles. Open for fresh graduates to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques for video production.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all video content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through content.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital video production, social media, and online content distribution.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics) for tracking video performance metrics is a plus.
  • Proven experience in video production, editing, and storytelling, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video content across different formats and platforms.
