Performance Marketing

Focus on measurable outcomes and ROI through data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Key activities include analysing campaign performance, optimising ad placements, managing budgets, and leveraging digital channels like PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising. Performance marketers extensively use analytics tools to track KPIs and adjust strategies for efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across website and social media platforms, including but not limited to, paid search (SEM), display advertising(GDN), social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more) to achieve key performance metrics and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify action able insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign targeting for improved performance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to support campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.
    • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through digital marketing.
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website optimization techniques(e.g., conversion rate optimization, A/B testing) is a plus.
    • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or advertising platforms(e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification) are desirable.
  • Years of Experience: Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
  • Language Proficiency (Spoken): English, Mandarin& Bahasa Melayu.
  • Language Proficiency (Written): English, Mandarin& Bahasa Melayu.
