O&M Technician

Carries out maintenance and repair tasks on solar power systems to keep them running efficiently. Includes inspecting equipment, troubleshooting problems, and implementing repairs. Needs technical knowledge in solar energy and the ability to work outdoors.

Job description

Assist O&M Engineer and perform on-site troubleshooting.
Maintenance plan activities based on schedule and as per request.
Liaise, monitor, and supervise contractor works on-site and until completion of work.
Attend any urgent or major breakdown when required.
Monitor plant performance and maintain communication online.
Prepare and provide maintenance report findings, troubleshooting, and recommendation plans.
Comply with the company and any of the authorities' policies and procedures while performing work.
Discipline, responsible for the productivity and performance evaluation with subordinates and the team.
To deliver and commit any of the work required as per request and arrangement.

Job requirements

Education: Wireman/ Chargeman/ Diploma Certificate.
Skills: Electrical or Mechanical.
Years of Experience: 1 year of experience in the Electrical field and Solar O&M is advantage.
Language Proficiency (Spoken & Written): Malay & English.
