Manages and executes operation and maintenance tasks for solar power plants, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Involves regular system inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and adherence to safety standards. Requires knowledge of solar systems and strong problem-solving skills.

Job description

Manage, schedule, and supervise O&M service activities executed on the Solar PV sites in accordance O&M contract or scope of work.
Initiate, plan, and provide timely monthly and annual energy report to both internal and submission to customer site.
Perform studies for the feasibility and propose productivity, technical improvement for the Solar PV site concerning PV performance, O&M contract, HSSE related matters and emergency plan.
Liaison with client, contractor, authorities, stakeholder and inter department for the progress of PV plant generation.
Keep up to date with the latest development in Solar O&M guidelines, requirement, and best practices for company and from authorities.
Preparing related O&M documents standard of procedure, instruction plan, method of statement, safety documents, etc. for O&M scope of work in any type of project installation.
Compilation of various data for the reference and study - site performance, HSSE matters, project and design issues for improvement plan.
Maintaining and organizing company assets - tools and equipment, company vehicles, spare parts.
Responsible and involved in any new request and scope of work to align with company direction for business expansion.

Job requirements

Education: Bachelor or Diploma Certificate.
Skills: Electrical/Mechanical/Energy.
Years of Experience: At least 1 year experience in Electrical field, involved in O&M/Project solar field.
Language Proficiency (Spoken): Malay/English.
Language Proficiency (Written): Malay/English.
Others: Certificate of competency Chargeman will be advantage.
