Marketing Specialist

Research and strategize for target audience, maintain brand consistency, plan and execute marketing activities, work with agencies, and monitor performance within budget.

Job description

Conducting research, ideation and strategies based on the industry market trend to identify the right target audience and develop short, medium, and long-term marketing plans.
Identifying and source effective marketing and advertising opportunities, maintaining and ensure the consistency of our brand's tone of voice across all marketing materials.
Planning and coordinating all marketing promotional activities including internal and external events such as podcast, webinars, exhibitions, interview
and developing all creative development and content production for pre, ongoing and post-marketing activities, ensure the publishment of communication materials are on time through digital and traditional media.
Working closely with creative agencies in supporting the marketing communication materials development, reviewing, and proofreading creative copy
Tracking and monitoring of all marketing performance across all touch points through various tracking tool such as google analytics.
Monitoring the marketing plan budgets, maximizing the marketing performance with the given marketing budget.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job requirements

A relevant degree, qualification, or experience within branding, marketing, and/or PR.
Passionate with a strong administration skill.
Excellent attention to detail with good grammar and proofreading skills.
Good creativity, strategic thinking, and a positive mindset.
Possess good communication skills in both oral and writing.
Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines and willing to progress with more responsibility over time.
Copywriting and content creation for video, podcasts, webinars.
Basic skills in Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is a plus.
