Strategies & lead development and execution of dynamic marketing plans aligned with business goals. From managing integrated campaigns to maintaining brand consistency and creating compelling content, all to enhance campaign visibility, and optimise performance metrics.

Job description

  • Conduct research and ideation to develop short, medium, and long-term marketing plans aligned with industry trends.
  • Source effective marketing opportunities, maintaining brand tone across all materials.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated campaigns aligned to business goals across online and offline channels, collaborating with internal teams including sales, product, and others for strategy and messaging.
  • Develop creative content for pre-, ongoing, and post-marketing activities, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with external partners, sponsors, and industry influencers to enhance campaign visibility and engagement.
  • Work with creative team/ agencies to develop marketing materials, proofread copy and reviewing artworks where necessary.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are well executed within a given timeline.
  • Track marketing performance metrics across all touch points to evaluate effectiveness, and ROI and optimize future campaigns.
  • Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor marketing budgets to maximize campaign performance and results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in campaign marketing, event planning, or related roles. Open for fresh graduates to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in campaign marketing, event planning, or related roles.
  • Good administration and management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Attention to detail, with proficiency in written communication, grammar, and proofreading.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to produce copywriting and content creation across various platforms including video, podcasts, webinars, social media, and websites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of project management tools such as Monday.com is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools is advantageous.
