HR Executive (Training & Development)

Oversees the development and implementation of training programs within the organization, ensuring they align with business goals and enhance employee skills and performance. Collaborates with teams to identify training needs, designs effective training solutions, and evaluates program success. Requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Job description

  • Compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all level of staff.
  • Carry out, maintain, and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.
  • Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs.
  • Organize and assist in talent development projects and activities.
  • Monitor and report on HRDF matters.
  • Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.
  • Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
  • Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
  • Organize training materials and oversee training program.
  • Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget.
  • Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management.
  • Research the latest HR technologies and training software.
  • Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise.
  • Assist KPI Performance Management Appraisal end of year.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management.
  • Preferably at least one year of working experience.
  • Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision.
