HR Executive (Recruitment)

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand requirements, conducts interviews, and manages the recruitment process from start to finish. Ensures a positive candidate experience and maintains accurate recruitment records. Requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Job description

Recruiting of new staff.
Organize an interview with the hiring manager and candidate.
Elias with the manager to hire a new headcount for every department.
Prepare document such as offer letter.
Monitor and report on HRDF matters.
Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.
Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget.
Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management.
Research the latest HR technologies and training software.
Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise.
Assist KPI Performance Management Appraisal end of year.

Job requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management.
Preferably at least one year of working experience.
Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
