Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
Work with copywriters and Marketing and Branding Manager to produce the final design.
Test graphics across various media.
Amend designs after feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is often preferred.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative abilities is essential.
Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Creativity: Strong creative and artistic abilities to generate visually appealing and effective designs.
Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with other designers, marketers, and clients to achieve project goals.
