Financial Reporting

This position will utilize strong accounting, financial reporting, planning, and analytical skills. The incumbent will support the month-end close process, prepare financial reports and be involved in planning, forecasting, and budgeting functions, as well as provide analytical support for key initiatives and ad hoc requests. This position reports to the Finance Controller.

Work closely with stakeholders from other departments for preparation of quarterly forecast and yearly budget.
Consolidating and finalizing upload of forecast and budget package.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management consolidation account with results analysis for Management’s review.
Provide quality commentaries for actual results vs. forecast and budget.
Collect, analyse, and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk, and communicating the optimal business decisions/actions.
Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls, as well as the implementation of finance work process improvements.
Preparing for the monthly management meeting presentation materials.
Other ad-hoc task as assigned.

Minimum5 years in broad accounting functions of which at least 3 years in FP&A.
Degree or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA & etc).
Proficient in English both written and verbal. Candidates who are able to speak in Chinese and Malay are preferred.
Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
Advanced in Excel & MS office skills.
Autocount experience is desirable.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and excellent work ethics.
Self-motivatedand team player.
