Job description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across online platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to understand project requirements and target audience, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Manage website content, updates, and optimization using platforms like WebFlow.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs such as website traffic and conversion rates to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with followers to build brand awareness.
  • Create visually appealing website layouts and content, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to deliver persuasive messaging for digital campaigns.
  • Work with external partners, agencies, sponsors, and industry influencers to deliver captivating campaigns and enhance visibility.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns, segment lists, and analyse performance for optimization.
  • Stay updated on market trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Present campaign concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Support cross-functional teams with digital campaign updates and needs.
  • Perform all other assigned duties from time to time as required.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, advertising or in similar roles. Open for fresh graduates to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or in similar roles.
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving market trends and technologies, driving innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Proficient in data analysis to derive actionable insights and optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate campaign concepts and go-to-market strategies effectively.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch & Figma tools are advantageous.
