Content Creator

Responsible for generating original and engaging content for websites and social media platforms. Work on developing compelling content ideas, creating multimedia content such as articles, videos, and graphics, and optimize it for visibility and audience engagement. Role includes planning content calendars, promoting content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive content campaigns.

Job description

  • Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing initiatives and business objectives across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including website pages, landing pages, email newsletters, social media posts, digital ads, product descriptions, press releases, corporate profiles, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and product teams, to brainstorm and develop creative concepts, messaging, and campaigns that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Conduct research to gather insights, understand target audience needs and preferences, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX), incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and formatting techniques to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Develop content calendars, project timelines, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content assets and campaigns.
  • Analyze content engagement and performance to evaluate effectiveness and inform future content strategies and optimizations.
  • Monitor emerging trends, tools, and technologies in content marketing, copywriting, and digital media to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in campaign marketing, event planning, or related roles. Open for fresh graduates to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Good writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing principles, and best practices for creating content that attracts, engages, and converts target audiences.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner) to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and the ability to adapt content to different audiences, channels, and formats.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Preferably a minimum of 1-year experience as a copywriter, content creator, or related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of written content across different formats and channels.
  • Language Proficiency (Spoken): English, preferably bilingual.
