Brand Specialist

The Brand Specialist is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth. This role involves conducting market research, analysing consumer trends, managing brand positioning, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to create compelling campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong branding expertise, creativity, and a passion for maintaining and growing a brand’s presence in the market.

Job description

  • Have a clear understanding of the target audience, monitor, and always improve the brand movement among the key audience.
  • Keeping on top of the latest market trends in the Renewable Energy industry, especially the Solar industry across social platforms.
  • Developing and executing brand strategy aligned to the brand proposition, maximizing brand potential such as awareness, and customer top of mind, and analysing the success and impact must drive better efficiency and growth.
  • Championing the brand development and management, driving visibility and consistency across all marketing touchpoints both internally and externally, online, and offline, ensuring they adhere to the brand guidelines, and brand strategy across copy, imagery, and assets.
  • Supports the planning, preparation, and execution of photography and video shoots to build the company’s brand profile.
  • Establishing and maintaining great relationships with internal and external partners to drive the best campaign results.
  • PR management skills would be an advantage.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Specialist or in a similar branding/marketing role (2-4 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behaviour, and market research.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with a strong ability to analyse market trends and competition.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
