Account Admin

Coordinate document delivery and bank tasks. Offer admin support, manage office tasks, payroll, and meticulous financial transaction recording.

Job description

  • Delivery of documents/execution of bank related matters.
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues, and management.
  • Assist with basic office tasks like typing and organizing files.
  • Help with paying employees and keeping track of expenses.
  • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions to accounts receivable.
  • Familiar with progress billing and claims.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job requirements

  • Minimum SPM level
  • Good communication skills.
  • At least 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Own transportation.
