Job description
Delivery of documents/execution of bank related matters.
Provide administrative support to colleagues, and management.
Assist with basic office tasks like typing and organizing files.
Help with paying employees and keeping track of expenses.
Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions to accounts receivable.
Familiar with progress billing and claims.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job requirements
Minimum SPM level
Good communication skills.
At least 1-2 years of related experience.
Own transportation.
